Yeah so I came down with this cold again and I started writing "Good Luck, Bad Luck" while delirious on a fever. Well I'm still sick, but my whits are returning and much like I originally thought, my writing while sick is always super cheesy and riddled with mistakes.
However instead of just totally scrapping the story like I am prone to do, I have decided to continue it- but not seriously. This thing has now become an experiment: How many cheesy tropes can I fit into this story?
I don't really expect people to read it continuously, if at all. I just really wanna see how many tropes I can fit into this thing. It'll probably end up rather cringe worthy but I plan to have fun with it and make it a better love story than Twilight XD I will of course, be keeping this totally decent, so no worries about that.
And just to let you know how cheesey this will end up being, I write it while listening to "I Would Do Anything For Love" and "I Need A Hero"

I don't make this decision lightly. But I think it's time for me to make the full move over to Instagram, Tiktok, and Webtoon. DeviantArt has been dying for a while. You know it and I know it. As an original creator who isn't a top tier artist, it is nigh impossible to get followers on here. And while I certainly don't make art to gain a following, I do like people to see and interact with my work. Most of the people who would comment on my stuff have either moved over to Instagram or completely disappeared. I love DA's upload UI and comment section. Nothing will ever beat it in that department. But with all the horror stories about DA not protecting people's copyright, the bad reputation this site has gained over the years, and the constant annoying changes to the notification settings.... I just don't see the point of posting here anymore. I still check DA just to see if I get any messages but I've been spending most of my time over on Instagram. Not that they have any better

What I Mean
When I say I'm "lazy" this is what I mean. Seriously, ever since The Living Tombstone came out with this song, it just really hit the nail on the head with how I feel. This song is the emotion I feel when I give up on a story idea.

I think the only cliche that I can think of is the one where a character transforms into something hideous/awesome, and completely distances itself from the rest of society. That one can be amusingly trope-y.
