If We Grew Up Together

Okay so this is sorta an AU I randomly thought up. An AU where Louis is just a normal kid instead of being the other half of TriBen and he grows up along side Andy, who never loses his mom. (His dad still leaves though).

I came up with this after watching a bunch of Chuck and really liking the epic friendship between Chuck and Morgan. They've been best-friends since elementary school so I thought it would be cool if Andy and Louis had a chance at that.  

Elementary School - Sticking to the known fact that Louis is bullied a lot, he was even beat up by girls. Well Andy started to come to his rescue one day and never stopped. Andy was a loud mouth kid who wore too many dinosaur shirts and bragged on his dad constantly. Louis was quiet and just wanted to be left alone but Andy wouldn't have it. He pretty much forced Louis to be his friend along with many other quiet kids.

Middle School/High School - Andy's dad has now left, leaving Andy much different than he was before. He no longer talks constantly and prefers to brood or glare at people. This is also when he starts dying his hair. He still acts as Louis's protector but has fallen behind in school. He now has begun to use Louis for homework and cheats off of him whenever he can. (The only bad thing he's ever done according to him) But the two still remain good friends, if not closer since Andy shoved all his other friends away. They often just chill at Andy's house doing nothing. If they aren't doing that, they are wondering around town wasting money.

High School/College - Andy has probably been suspended at least once but maintains amazing grades. He has long since stopped cheating off Louis but occasionally copies Louis's homework, since Louis's Aunt Abby is more forceful when it comes to making Louis do school work. Louis still wears the cardigan Andy gave him back in middle school, while Andy has moved on to band paraphernalia and more of a punk fashion. Louis begins to try out the hipster scene, wearing the glasses even though he doesn't really need them. Andy has tried to talk Louis into starting a band with him but they can't quite get it to work out. They both still live at home while attending Evanwood Community College. They both end up being pretty bad slackers though, having more fun messing around instead of doing their studies.


So there ya have it, my silly AU for two kids that deserve better. Sorry for the lame background. Got really lazy. I may incorporate Roger and the others into this AU as well. Let me know whatcha think
